На Велики четвртак
икономија смирења,
икономија спасења
- ученицима ноге опрати,
Тело и Крв им своју
за храну и пиће дати,
а потом за спасење света
чашу страдања примити,
учећи нас да не треба
по својој вољи,
већ по вољи Божијој живети
 
Велики петак
 
На Велики петак
кад Господ Христос би распет,
сунце се помрачи
а земља се од ужаса потресе,
завеса у храму раздвоји се на двоје,
и мноштво људи из гробова усташе
и у Свети град Јерусалим уђоше,
и победу над смрћу
Крстом и Васкрсењем Христовим посведочише
 
Велика субота
 
Дан када ћутање све говори,
дан када Господ
душом у аду борави
како би спасао све,
све праведне и покајане душе
после Адама,
да их љубављу
и Божанском силом
за руке ухвати
и из ада их у вечни живот,
у вечну радост
- Васкрсењем врати
 
Васкрс
 
Гроб празан,
ангели славе,
мироносице хитају
свету да јаве,
Устаде, није овде!
и апостоли дођоше
и све исто видеше,
Устаде, као што рече!
Смрти, где ти је жалац?
Аде, где ти је победа?
Христос воскресе!
Да се радујемо
Христос воскресе!
Да вечно живимо

On Great and Holy Thursday
economy of humility,
economy of salvation
- to wash disciples' feet,
to give them
His Body and Blood
as food and drink,
then accept the cup of sufferings
for salvation of the world,
teaching us that
not by our own will
but by the will of God
we should live.
 
Great and Holy Friday
 
On Great and Holy Friday
when Christ was crucified,
the sun was darkened
and the earth shook in horror,
the veil in the temple was split in two,
and many people arose from the tombs
and went into the Holy City of Jerusalem,
testifying to victory over death
by the Cross and Resurrection of Christ.
 
Great and Holy Saturday
 
The day when silence says all,
the day when the Lord's soul
dwells in Hades to save all,
all righteous and repentant souls
after Adam,
to take them by their hands
with God's love and power
and by Resurrection
restore them from Hades
into eternal life,
eternal joy.
 
Resurrection
 
Empty tomb,
angels celebrating,
myrrhbearers hurrying
to announce to the world,
He has risen, He is not here!
and the apostles came
and saw the same,
He has risen, as He said!
Death, where is your sting?
Hades, where is your victory?
Christ is risen!
So that we may rejoice.
Christ is risen!
So that we may live eternally.
